For today's #captureyourgrief I am going to share a blog post I wrote back in March about secondary losses. A secondary loss is an additional loss you endure after the loss of your baby. They're tragic in their own way because you would think losing a baby would be the only thing you lost, it's not and that's why the secondary losses are so hurtful.
